These Terms of Service govern your use of KothaHost hosting and related services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Accounts. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Services. Hosting is provided according to the plan you purchase. Resource limits, renewals, and cancellations are managed from your customer portal.

Billing. Invoices are due by the stated due date. Unpaid services may be suspended and later terminated according to our billing policy.

Acceptable use. You may not use services for illegal activity, abuse, or content that harms our network or other customers.
